Sometimes I find pieces that it’s easy to see how awesome it will be when painted. This piece was not one of those…
This large early 70’s buffet with it’s gold metal accents and odd doors needed a major makeover. I debated on removing those metal accents all together, however, I thought I would give this piece a true ‘farmhouse’ feel. What better way than classic black and white.
I used my usual Americana Decor chalky finish paint in Everlasting and gave the hardware (pulls & accent pieces) a good scrubbing, primed, and painted a flat black.
This beauty was in the shop less than a week!
